Also, I wanted to announce that our next Monthly Speaker Series will be a Webinar on Thursday 9/28 from 1-2pm Central time. Our speaker will be Senior Advisor to the United States Department of Energy Geothermal Technologies Office, Lauren Boyd who will speak about the great promise of Enhanced Geothermal Energy to revolutionize the energy transition. Lauren Boyd will explain what EGS is, and how the US Dept of Energy is advancing this technology through their Geothermal Moonshot Program. Unlike regular Geothermal Energy, Enhanced Geothermal Energy wells can be created almost anywhere and provide clean, constant, never-ending heat, and electricity without Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
