Today, we solemnly remember those who were tragically taken from us on September 11, 2001, in the name of Islamic Jihad, and the courageous emergency responders who sacrificed everything to help.
Today is a day etched in the collective memory of a nation that came face to face with unimaginable horror.
We pay special tribute to the brave emergency responders who rushed towards danger, selflessly risking their lives to save others. The aftermath of 9/11 saw not only the immediate loss but also the insidious effects of the toxic ash and smoke that claimed even more lives over time.
As we honor the memory of those lost, we also reflect on the enduring resilience and unity that emerged in response to this profound tragedy, emphasizing the importance of hope and unity even in the darkest of times.
Together, we remember, with those that have stood beside us for over 20 years, that joined and built our organization to defend America’s National Security and vowed “Never Again” and served with us to help stop another 9/11 terror attack.
Together, we remember, with our 2 million members that are fighting beside us today to secure our nation from enemies, both foreign and domestic.
BRIGITTE GABRIEL [ [link removed] ], Our Founder, is a survivor of Islamic Terror who woke up to a nightmare on 9/11, realizing Islamic Jihad had reached America’s shores with the same ferocity she experienced and tried to leave behind.
Terror attacks, like the tragic events of September 11, 2001, leave not only physical wounds but also wounded hearts that continue to ache long after the smoke has cleared. The aftermath of such acts of violence creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond the immediate moment, affecting the lives of countless individuals in profound and enduring ways.
It is a heartbreaking reality that, today, the number of FDNY members who have succumbed to 9/11-related illnesses (341) nearly equals the number who perished on that fateful day (343). This devastating milestone weighs heavily on the hearts of those who remember the courage and sacrifice of these firefighters.
The toll of Ground Zero-related illnesses continues to rise, leaving a lasting impact on the families, colleagues, and friends of these brave individuals.
On this solemn anniversary, as we remember the lives lost and the heroes who emerged from the ashes of Ground Zero, let us also renew our commitment to honor their memory by providing care and support for those who bear the physical and emotional scars of that tragic day.
The ripple effect of 9/11 persists, but so too does our collective determination to stand together in the face of adversity, offering solace to the wounded hearts and bodies left in its wake.
Stronger Together!
