** Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Soil on 9.11.01 Shook Our World

Some of you reading this may not have been alive or were too young to remember the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center Twin Towers in NYC, the Pentagon and Air FIight 93 likely headed to our Capitol in Washington DC.

Although American unity that followed the attacks was short-lived, we came together to rebuild and honor the almost 3,000 lives lost on that day.

Part of of our duties as citizens is to learn about our history, and meet current challenges facing our communities by working together to build a br
ighter future for ourselves and future generations.
September 12th is the primary election for Charlotte City Council and Mayor. Please exercise your right to choose your elected officials. You can find your polling place here ([link removed]) .
