This poll isn't what you'd expect

John, in a recent NYT/Sienna poll, the results show that people from rural places, even rural Republicans, believe in access to abortion.
 

The majority of voters want access to abortion to remain legal - in the words of the poll, "all or mostly" - even those of a reported "rural" city type. This is a big part of the electorate that we aren't talking to about this issue, and that needs to know that Republicans are not going to back down from their extremist stances.
 

This is an issue that can turn the tide in rural America and make a significant impact on a win for Democrats in 2024. We're taking stats like these and information across the country and offering targeted training on the existing support for access to abortion and Reproductive justice.
