John, Issue 1 is on the ballot this November in Ohio...and this time, the "YES" campaign is the ticket to win! Ohio voters will be given the opportunity to enshrine protections for abrtion access and providers into law.
But, this fight hasn't come without major pushback from the state's Republicans - who approved non-scientific ballot language and chose the same name to confuse voters from the last Issue 1 campaign, which Democrats secured a "NO" vote on.
Regardless of their attempts to fight the will of the voters, this issue will now be in their hands and will be their choice!
