Packers or Lions?

Football is back. For the past few weeks, we've been heavily discussing policy. So, let's have some fun today. Michigan's First District is often split between Packer fans and Lions fans.

Let's find out Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula's favorite NFL team. Who are you rooting for in the NFC North? Cast your second most important ballot of the season.

I must admit I am a Vikings fan as I was born in a rural, railroad town in Willmar, MN and met my wife at the University of Minnesota. Skol! I value honesty over anything else, even if it might cost me some votes. :)

I have attended countless Packers games, given that my granddaughters live in Green Bay and are raging fans. We always enjoy visiting Lambeau and watching from the nose-bleed section. As a Yooper for 40 years, it's hard not to have a soft spot for the Pack.

The Lions this year are impressive. They beat the defending Super Bowl Champs recently, and it seems like they're in for a fantastic season.

As for 'Da Bears'... Nah.
