While Republican legislators whiled away the summer trying to strip away North Carolinians’ rights, we STILL don’t have a budget set for the state.

Look, the GOP has a one-vote supermajority in both chambers of the Assembly. They should have been able to come to an agreement within their own party to fund our state government on time. Instead, they were only concerned with their far-right agenda.
