And don’t worry -- if you are a district level employee, you can also claim a district in the NASN database.

Have You Heard of the Every Student Counts! Dataset?
|
Every Student Counts! is a NASN dataset initiative that is intended to reveal the true prevalence of health conditions and needs of the 95 percent of U.S. children who attend school every day and the people responsible for caring for these students in school. The 2019-20 metrics collected are workforce data, chronic disease prevalence (asthma, life threatening food allergies, seizures, and Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes), student health office visit disposition, and chronic absenteeism.

Candidates stepping forward to lead NASN have completed the nominating committee process. In this year’s election, NASN members will select a vice president and a nominating committee member.
The election is conducted online from March 15, 2020 to April 15, 2020.

Given the attention on emotional health in children leading to academic success and the importance of attending to the whole child, this program has been developed to increase K-6 students’ abilities to cope with school stress in healthy and effective ways.
