We've been busy this summer talking to voters, attending events, and building the groundwork for a winning campaign. We're a grassroots powered operation, and none of this would be possible without your support.

I spoke at the Protect Our Care bus tour about the importance of protecting Medicare and lowering healthcare costs.

While this wasn't campaign-related, dropping Helene off at college was a big part of our August — and a reminder of how important access to a strong education is!

I attended the IATSE Local 415 Labor Union Town Hall. Workers' rights are the backbone of our economy!

I spent a productive and empowering afternoon hosting the Reproductive Rights Roundtable with Mayor Regina Romero, Minority Whip Nancy Gutierrez, Pima County Supervisor Adelita Grijalva, and Dr. Amalia Luxardo.

We must support and invest in public higher education. This was one of the main topics I focused on while speaking at the Youth Empowerment Caucus at the University of Arizona.

It was so great to join Senator Mark Kelly, Gabby Giffords, Mayor Regina Romero, and Yolanda Bejarano yesterday evening for a wonderful happy hour event with the Arizona Democratic Party and supporters.

We spent Labor Day celebrating unions and workers' rights.

It has been a great summer. There's incredible grassroots energy in our district, and tons of folks ready to fight for better jobs, climate action, and reproductive rights.

Our campaign has had a great start, but we'll need to work hard to keep up this momentum.

We're one of the few flippable seats in the House. It's a huge opportunity for Democrats, but it also means that Republican super PACs will pour millions into protecting my opponent, Juan Ciscomani.

If we get outspent 6:1 again, we'll be in serious trouble.
