Dear John,

We can accomplish incredible things when we work together.

A few weeks ago, we were up at the Black Rocks in Marquette. We were taking turns jumping into Lake Superior when my younger daughter Evie asked for some help (she's always had a great instinct for self-preservation).

Rather than trying to get her to jump off the highest spot, we walked down to where the water was a bit closer. After a quick pep talk, and holding hands with her dad, Evie worked up the courage to take the plunge.

The lesson?

We can accomplish more together than we do alone - when we’ve got people by our side supporting us.

This campaign takes a village. It takes $5, or $25, from a community of people who are in your corner.

I'm grateful to be surrounded by supportive people – and for the generosity of everyday people who are ready for change in Upper & Northern Michigan.

If you're ready for a change in representation in MI-01, consider taking the plunge and making your first contribution to our campaign.

Together, we can accomplish great things.

Gratefully and Tuebor,

Callie
