Analysis: Could Ted Cruz Lose Re-Election?

A new analysis from RealClear Politics shows that Ted Cruz could lose re-election in 2024.

Due to massive population growth in major cities such as Dallas and their surrounding suburbs, and given the national trends towards Democrats in those areas, Cruz could be in trouble.

“If the suburbs continue to shift against Republicans in 2024, Texas could be a highly competitive state. This is very possible.”

The analysis also shows that Ted Cruz’s loathsome reputation could drag down voter turnout among Republicans and juice turnout for Democrats.

Here’s the bottom line: Ted Cruz is beatable. And Roland Gutierrez, the Democratic TX State Senator representing Uvalde, is the man to do it.
