John,
I just spoke live on CNN about the latest developments in the state of Georgia’s case against the twice-impeached, four-times indicted ex-president Donald Trump.
The Georgia grand jury recommended indictments against twice as many of Trump’s co-conspirators as were ultimately charged, including Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and then-Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler of Georgia.
The charges against Trump and his 18 indicted co-conspirators, as well as the allegations made against the additional people named in the special grand jury report, are a direct result of the case we built on the January 6 Select Committee, where I led the hearing into Trump’s interference in the state of Georgia.
Trump has repeatedly attempted to influence the criminal proceedings against him prior to trial — and now Jim Jordan is trying to help him, by using the power of the House Judiciary Committee to interfere in the matter. As a senior member of the committee, I will be doing everything I can to stop him. The criminal trial in Georgia must be allowed to proceed without interference by Congress and in accordance with the rule of law.
John, rush a $10 contribution to our U.S. Senate campaign so that I can keep up the fight for truth and accountability. Trump always attacks those who speak out against him, and we must ensure he cannot reclaim the narrative with his lies and attacks on the democratic and legal process.

As a result of the work of the January 6th Committee, accountability is coming for the many crimes Trump is alleged to have committed as a result of his efforts to overturn the election.
And as he prepares to travel to California later this month to fundraise and rally support for the state Republican Party, Trump will no doubt be on the attack against me.
Your support will help me immediately respond to his attacks.
If you can, chip in $10 or any amount you can to our U.S. Senate campaign today.
Thanks so much for your support.
