Team,

As the leaves in my neighborhood begin to change, students return to the classroom, and summer nears an end, I enjoy looking back on the time I’ve been able to spend the last few months all over the 6th District. 

Farmer’s markets. Parades. Cookouts. Labor rallies and labor halls. Manufacturing tours. Spending time in the district over the summer without flying back and forth to DC makes me appreciative of our community. Hearing directly from you without any filter gives me exactly what I need before returning to Washington to do the work you trusted me to do for you.  

As you know, I am running for re-election in 2024 because I love this district and I love my neighbors. We are a competing state and we’ve got a lot of work to do in the next year, and I feel ready to fight for our district. 

Over the last few weeks, you’ve trusted me with your stories, your concerns, your struggles, and your dreams, and I will never take that for granted. But this isn’t a one-person job, it’s work that we all do together and I need your help.
