At the end of the month, we’ll wrap up the third quarter of the year, John. That means we’re only a few months out from 2024 when Jim and other Democrats in important races across the country will be on the ballot.

It also means there are only a few weeks until the next FEC deadline. We need to make a strong showing on our public fundraising report so we can head into the final quarter of the year with as much momentum as possible.

John, after eight months of GOP control in the House, sitting on the sidelines isn’t an option.

It’s clear why we must flip the House -- especially as MAGA Republicans push us toward a government shutdown if their outrageous demands, like a ridiculous border wall plan and cracking down on the Justice Department’s prosecution of Donald Trump, aren’t met. 

Democrats are putting people over politics by lowering health care and internet costs; creating new, good-paying jobs; and protecting voting and reproductive rights. Republicans are putting politics over people. 

If we’re going to help Jim and other Democrats win next year, then we need to reach every goal -- especially our FEC goals -- so we can run a strong organization from now until Election Day.
