I wrote to you that I would be introducing legislation to censure and condemn far-left D.C. judge Tanya Chutkan after her support for violent BLM rioters and her extreme sentencing of January 6th defendants.

But John, now we’ve learned THIS…

The trial date she set for President Trump in that January 6th Witch Hunt?

The day before Super Tuesday. You can’t make this up!

IT. IS. ELECTION. INTERFERENCE.

They’re not interested in the rule of law. They’re interested in stopping you from having a voice in your country by taking out the leader of the ONE political movement that puts you first.

John – some are even calling for removing Trump from the 2024 ballot altogether!

President Trump said it best after his wrongful arrest last week in Georgia…

What we are witnessing across the country right now is nothing less than “a travesty of justice.”

The rule of law in America is being completely turned on its head. In its place, far-left dictators and despots have been WEAPONIZING the justice system to jail their political rivals and target conservatives…

All while turning a blind eye to the REAL crimes of Democrats like Hillary and the Bidens!

Case in point, John: far-left D.C. judge Tanya Chutkan.

In case that name doesn’t ring a bell, she’s the partisan Obama appointee responsible for throwing all those non-violent Trump supporters from January 6th into the Swamp Gulag…

…and who is ALSO currently overseeing the Jan 6 Witch Hunt Indictment of President Trump himself!

John, her extreme sentencing of these January 6th defendants, while openly supporting the violent Black Lives Matter riots of 2020, showcases a complete disregard for her duty of impartiality and the rule of law.

That’s why I’m once again taking action against a Democrat operative who is abusing the justice system to destroy our movement… I am introducing a resolution to CENSURE and CONDEMN United States District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan for showing open bias and partisanship in her official duties on the bench.
