My Prayers for Canada
By Sean Feucht
Last night, I was up late praying for this weekend's Let Us Worship revivals
in Canada, specifically the cities of Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver.
Canada may be a first-world democracy and one of the richest nations in the
world, but in just the last few years we've watched pastors defy Canada's
extreme COVID lockdowns by holding church services. The result? They were
arrested. Similarly, when pastors protested child drag shows, they too were
arrested. Simply put, Canada is a hostile environment for the Gospel.
So many people have asked me over the last week why we would go to a place
like Canada. My answer is simple: We are called to worship in the places
needing the greatest breakthrough.
Let Us Worship is a movement born out of the desire to see a Holy revival fall
upon our nation. But the desire for revival is not held exclusively by us
Americans—far from it!!
