The MARCH TO END FOSSIL FUELS is just 9 days away -- what you can do to ensure success!

On September 17th we will march...

• With love for our family, friends, humanity, and the natural world;
• With rage against corporate and government leaders whose lack of action locks us into climate and ecological catastrophe each day. 

By joining together we make a powerful statement: we must end the era of fossil fuels!   Take advantage of the last week to:

• Ask friends and family to march with you! Let's MAKE IT MASSIVE!
• Share Al Gore’s most recent TED talk, What the Fossil Fuel Industry Doesn't Want you to Know to help explain the urgency of why we march. 

• 👉🏽  Register here to join our final organizing meeting (on Zoom) on 9/11 at 7:00 PM
• 🧍🏽‍♂️ RSVP to join our September Monthly Meeting on 9/14 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at the Greenpoint Public Library, 107 Norman Avenue
  • Bring the kids for free pizza (while supplies last)! We will make art for the march, and hear from environmental groups based in Greenpoint
• 🏃🏾‍♀️ Participate in at least one of the Wave of Actions from 9/12 - 9/19 that target the banks and insurance companies that invest billions in fossil fuels
• 👊🏼 Help 350Brooklyn organizers with 9/17 Volunteer Support Activities

350Brooklyn will join with people from 350 groups from across the country to march together. We will meet at 63rd Street and Central Park West at 12:00 PM. At 12:30 PM we will walk to join the march.  Expect we may wait in place for an hour before we march.  If you are late or cannot find us join the march where you can.

Dress comfortably, and bring water and snacks. Bring your own signs or pick one up when you get there.  Bring a percussion instrument or can to bang on as we will have fun and make some noise!
