2. TEACHERS: The Carolina Teachers Alliance Inc. (CTA) is an alternative to radical teacher unions
Carolina Teachers Alliance Inc. (CTA) is a new educator association serving as the alternative to liberal teacher unions here in North Carolina and nationwide with American Teachers Alliance. CTA joined us for our recent Mama Bear Workshop in Greensboro.
“Not all teacher associations are radical leftists. We offer an alternative to far-left associations like NCAE, NEA, and AFT. We provide legal representation for teachers facing forced compliance with indoctrination,” said Amy Marshall, M.Ed., CTA Executive Director/Founder. CTA has garnered favorable press and endorsements, shown on their website. They also offer a comparison chart for prospective members. CTA’s vision is an unbiased and academically sound education for all children, and their mission is to be the voice of educators that empowers members to provide the highest quality, unbiased and achievement-driven education to all children. CTA is a 501c3 nonprofit public charity offering tiered memberships for school staff and community members.

3. THE HILL: Three states’ polls show why Republicans are all-in on transgender legislation
"Republicans in many states have advocated for, introduced and passed a wide range of restrictive legislation related to transgender individuals during recent legislative sessions.
Survey data from three diverse states — red Texas, purple Arizona and blue California — suggests that the Republican focus on this topic is driven in part by three factors firmly rooted in public opinion.
First, these proposals enjoy majority or at least plurality support among each state’s general population. Second, they enjoy overwhelming support among the state’s Republican residents. And third, they divide the state’s Democratic residents. Public opinion therefore provides strong incentives for Republicans to author and advocate for such policies."

4. NEW YORK POST: California parents’ war with state over right to know their kids are trans
"Coming to a school board near you: a battle over whether parents have the right to know if their child is identifying as transgender at school.
The fight has now spread to two coasts.
As a legal battle rages in New Jersey <[link removed]> over parental rights to know if their child is identifying as transgender in school, a nearly identical scenario is playing out just outside Los Angeles.
It appears certain to be followed by many more, as school boards and districts that want parents to be informed that a child is identifying as transgender face off with state authorities — usually Democrats — who want the opposite.”

5. THE HILL: Yes, late-term abortions are real, and they happen every day
"Just recently, Planned Parenthood President Alexis McGill claimed that: 'Like Nessie and Bigfoot, the term ‘late-term abortion’ is completely made up. It’s anti-abortion propaganda with no basis in medicine, intended to confuse people.' Likewise, former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki echoed that 'no one supports abortion up until birth,' and then later defended this claim on her MSNBC show: 'This claim that Democrats support abortion up until the moment of birth is entirely misleading,' she said. But the truth is that 10,000 babies’ lives are lost every year to late-term abortions, the majority of which take place for elective reasons."

Weekly Prayer: Family
LORD, we cry out to you as Father. You are a model of the love, mercy, and authority of the perfect parent. We thank you for modeling for us what every parent should strive for, and for creating this wonderful institution called family.
LORD, we thank you for creating us with a basic nature designed to not be alone. You made us to desire the intimacy of relationships, and it is here where we experience joys indescribable: the joys of marriage, the joys of having children; the joys of seeing our children have children. What a blessing and mercy you gave us in the family! In it we find our first teachers, our first guardians, and our first authorities.
LORD, we recognize how deeply you love your children, and how deeply it pains you when they go astray. Alongside our adoration and thanksgiving, we pray in confession—as individuals and as members of larger communities—over any sins we may have committed that undermine your beloved institution. Forgive us when we endanger your institution through selfishness and arrogance. Forgive our communities and nation for attempting to redefine some of the most basic and deepest parts of being human—being made male and female, having lifelong marriage vows and responsibilities, and having parental rights over educating one's children.
"Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." (Colossians 3:12-17)
Amen
