*Purpose:* Fort Bend County, in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Houston District, is proposing improvements along SH 99 between Highland Knolls/Bay Hill Boulevard and South Fry Road in Fort Bend County, Texas.

*Purpose:?*The purpose of the virtual open house with in-person option is for participants to learn about the process TxDOT follows, view a pre-recorded presentation and supporting project exhibits, and ask questions and submit comments. *Date:* 09/28/23 *Purpose:* The purpose of this fourth and final PEL meeting is to provide an opportunity for the community to review and comment on the latest study updates and the recommended alternatives that resulted from the second level of alternative screening and evaluation. A series of three public meetings were held between 2018 and 2023 and public input from those events has been considered in the study findings. No changes will be made or proposed to the existing roadway at this time. Alternatives recommended at the conclusion of the PEL study may become future projects and would be subject to modification during the project development process.
