The GOP moves forward with a Plan to Impeach President Biden
MAGA House members look to distract, deflect, and defend for the former President.
John, members of the MAGA GOP have been trying to impeach President Biden since day ONE of his presidency...literally. Rep. Marjorie Greene introduced articles of impeachment on his first day in office.
And now, Kevin McCarthy has made multiple statements to the press that he will consider beginning a formal impeachment inquiry at the behest of the Trump fan club in the House.
Crucial funding bills are in the line of fire of this political theater as, again, those in the Trump camp threaten not to fund the government without an inquiry into the current President.
This is what the modern-day Republican party has become: a machine to do the bidding of the twice-impeached former President while constantly changing the parameters of discussion - no matter what Trump does or has done; they will defend him.
