My dear friends,

Unbeknownst to me, folks at my climate PAC recently sent out an email asking you to send messages to me. Just read them all and was really moved. Such loving, supportive messages, they filled my heart and gave me strength. Thank you.

Some of you mentioned health, age, and lack of resources for why you aren’t able to march or travel or donate. I understand and really appreciate the fact that, despite the challenges, you continue to follow what I’m doing through the PAC and through Fire Drill Fridays.

But you need to know that there are so many ways you can be truly helpful without donating or marching or traveling. (although the more money we have the bigger our impact.) Calling your elected officials about the climate crisis, writing letters to them, or if there’s a climate champion candidate my PAC is supporting, you can be part of a phone bank or send postcards to people in your area to make sure they’re registered to vote and will vote for your candidate.

We need you. Now’s the time.
