Hi John,
Well, it happened. Republicans have finally gotten the message that abortion rights are extremely popular and a winning issue.
So are they reconsidering their stance? Changing their party platform? Of course not. Instead, they're trying to deceive their voters.
"Abortion bans are unpopular. So unpopular that Republican extremists seem to have to invent conspiracy theories to trick Americans into voting for them.
That's the major takeaway from recent political battles in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin."
—Slate
In all three states, right-wing groups used hateful rhetoric and lies about the trans community to try to muddy the waters and block abortion-related ballot initiatives.
We're not going to let that happen. We are committed to fighting for reproductive freedom for everybody. All people must be able to make personal decisions about their lives, their bodies, and their futures. But clearly, we have our work cut out for us to fight back against anti-abortion extremists' hateful scapegoating and lies. Will you help us do it?
We will win this fight, John. We've defeated their attempts in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and we'll keep doing it until we've secured reproductive freedom for all. But Republicans are spending millions to defeat us, and we need the resources to fight back.
Will you make a donation right now to fight back against lying anti-abortion Republicans?
Thank you for being with us.
