General header
We will soon hold usability testing to help understand how users navigate and interact with our website. We use information from the sessions to ensure our website is easy to understand and use.
What is usability testing?
During usability testing, we ask you to complete a series of tasks while we observe how you interact with the website. After completing the tasks, we ask a few follow-up questions. The session is a casual conversation that helps us understand your experience.
The test reflects how well our website works, not you. In other words, you can?t do anything wrong in the session. If you cannot complete a task, that?s ok. We need your open and honest experience and feedback.
How can I participate?
We?re conducting one-on-one, virtual testing through Microsoft Teams. Each session is expected to last between 60 and 90 minutes. Sessions will be held on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
