This is a huge deal. For decades Big Pharma has forced ridiculously high prices on seniors because Medicare was legally barred from negotiating lower prescription drug costs, but thanks to my legislation that passed last year, that’s about to change. Despite all we accomplished, Big Pharma is spending millions in court to halt our progress. But we can’t let that happen. That’s why I won’t rest until we end Big Pharma’s sweetheart deal for good.
