Lesson plans are prepared, classrooms are equipped with books and learning materials, and school halls are filled with the chatter of young minds ready for another school year of growth and opportunity. Suzan has always believed a high-quality education is the pathway to upward mobility and is the backbone of a healthy, functioning democracy. That’s why she’s fought in Congress to strengthen our public education system, lower costs for higher education, and help working families by funding universal pre-K programs.
