John, I'm taking a quick break from my co-pilot duties to let you know that from the Texas Panhandle to the Gulf, one thing's the same: People are sick and tired of Ted Cruz. 

My team and I have been on the road for the past few weeks, meeting with voters and building the movement we need to defeat Ted Cruz.

Polls show that 14% of Texas voters are undecided, so we've got a lot of ground to cover.

Experts at Inside Elections say Texas is a battleground, and I'm incredibly encouraged to see so many Texans all fired up for new, progressive leadership in the Senate. But between the campaign events, the rally signs, the gas – this trip is getting expensive. 

We can't afford to stop now – not when Ted Cruz's special interests and mega donors are spending every dollar they can to keep him in office. 

So I need to raise $150,000 by midnight tomorrow to stay on the road, and I'm counting on grassroots supporters like you to help me get there. Can you chip in $5 right now? →
