I am thrilled to have the endorsement of Andrew Warren, our state attorney here in Hillsborough.
Andrew and I share more than a first name: we share a commitment to justice, fairness, and opportunity. The state of Florida needs leaders who care more about public safety and equality than lining the pockets of private prison owners. I’m honored that Andrew is joining our team of supporters and I can’t wait to work alongside him.
Andrew has a great set of policies in his office that I hope to fight for on a statewide level. Better mental health treatment for defendants, disarming domestic abusers, and keeping first-time offenders out of the criminal justice system are just a few of his strong, progressive policies.
