Human smuggling across our southern border has increased since Title 42 expired in May. Coyotes are using TikTok and other social media platforms to entice those wanting to come to the United States. Hundreds of Americans per day are overdosing on fentanyl coming through our porous Southern border. 

This is an ongoing threat to our national security, and one we should not take lightly.

It’s time for Congress to get serious about securing our border and protecting the American people. Here’s how we do it.

How to Secure the Southern Border

1️⃣ Finish the Border Wall

2️⃣ Hire more Border Patrol agents and provide bonus pay

3️⃣ Purchase necessary equipment for agents at both the northern and southern borders

4️⃣ Force DHS to be transparent with accurate data about illegal crossings

5️⃣ End the catch-and-release policy
