Dear John,

Currently, there are more questions than answers, but what we know for sure is that another horrible mass shooting has occurred -- this time, right in our backyard.

Sources are reporting that, this afternoon, a person who had recently been fired from Molson Coors, returned to the campus with a gun and shot and killed a still-unknown number of his former co-workers. Each of these people went to work this morning, and they're never going home.

As I watched the coverage -- images of SWAT agents running toward the scene, traumatized children being led away from a nearby school, and stunned neighbors standing in silence -- one thought kept running through my mind: This shouldn't happen here; this shouldn't happen anywhere in America.

In the coming days and weeks, we'll be asking you to join us in taking actions to honor the victims. But, right now, we ask you to stand in solidarity with us as we send our love to the entire Molson Coors community and all of their family and friends.
