John,

The radical Left is trying to ban Trump from office.

There’s an insidious plot among far-Left state officials to abuse the 14th Amendment’s disqualification clause. They want to “declare” conservatives “disqualified” from office for insurrection under the 14th Amendment – without any adjudication. In fact, Trump isn’t even charged with insurrection. Yet they would just declare it.

No judge. No jury. Just the whim of the radical Left.

This is absolutely outrageous. It’s clearly unconstitutional and a direct threat to our democracy. Talk about election interference.

I have just personally organized a senior legal team at the ACLJ to fight back. We are about to send legal notice to all 50 state Secretaries of State detailing the unconstitutionality of this subversive plot. And we’ll take this all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.

I’ve argued and participated in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court to defend election integrity from the radical Left’s attempts to subvert the Constitution.

We can win this fight. But it is going to take each and every one of you. Defend our constitutional republic before it is too late.
