We've got LOADS of good news to share! |

Hello John,
Are you ready to become motivated? Donations to our lion appeal are adding up, there’s great news about wild tigers and orangutans, plus inspiring supporters are going the extra mile. This month is about real impact for wild animals and it’s all thanks to you! |
Launched in July, our appeal to rehome two orphan lions is already a roaring success, thanks to YOUR kind donations. Rescued from war-torn Ukraine, we want to give Tsar (pictured above at Natuurhulpcentrum, a wonderful half-way house in Belgium) and Jamil, a loving home for life, and there’s still time to donate. |
Hundreds of you took part in our annual event to walk 20,000 steps in support of elephant and lion conservation, not least our remarkable team in Kenya! |
|
In 1998, amidst Lake Victoria’s peaceful waters, you helped create a life-saving chimp haven on Ngamba Island. Now, let’s celebrate their silver anniversary in style! |

HOW YOU PROTECT TIGERS IN INDIA |
With the help of your donations and adoptions, India’s tigers have more than doubled in the past 20 years. Expert conservationist Anish Andheria tells us more. |
|
Born Free supporters also help protect critically endangered orangutans, including 300 rescued orphans returned the wild. Meet orange ape hero Ashley Leiman. |

REPORT BRINGS VISIONS OF HOPE |
Funded by you, our education team is encouraging a new generation of young people devoted to wild animal care and conservation. Read about YOUR global impact. |

Thank you, Emma Leuw! Our lion-hearted supporter (seen here with husband Martin) raised hundreds of pounds for our Ukraine lion appeal, asking for donations instead of pressies for her 60th birthday. |

Meet the Born Free Family |
Super-supporter Val Hackett’s recent coffee morning raised over £1,000 for our Ukraine lion appeal. This takes her total raised for Born Free over the years to a mind-blowing £551,000! Val, we applaud you! |

Told you you’d be inspired this month! Together we make a great team. The future is looking full of hope for wild animals, thanks to all your support and hard work.
Love from your friends at Born Free
