John,

It has been an honor serving West Michigan in Congress since my election in 2022. I understand more every day how critical it is that West Michiganders have a representative who shares their values of equality and progress. Wherever you come from in my district, regardless of your gender identity, race, religion, or how much you make, I am fighting to give everyone the rights and quality of life they deserve.

But as of last month, I have an opponent who wants to end my work and serve his donors, not the diverse community of West Michigan. 

It is possible that with the backing of National Republicans, my DeVos-backed opponent, Republican Paul Hudson, could flip this seat RED. 

So, I know that in 2024, I must and will win reelection so I can continue serving the community I love.
