  • A pro-voting group has resubmitted summary language for a constitutional amendment in Ohio that would create a bipartisan, citizen-led redistricting commission. Read more about Ohio’s long redistricting journey here.

  • A Georgia judge rejected motions from Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell to have their Fulton County trials be separated from one another. Both are on track to be tried on Oct. 23, 2023.

  • Civil and voting rights attorney Dale Ho was sworn in as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York.
