This is more great news for our state. You may have seen the headlines late last week.
The Hyundai Metaplant in Bryan County, already the largest project in Georgia history, is growing again – with Hyundai and LG Energy Solution announcing their plans to invest an additional $2 billion into their battery plant.
That brings the total planned investment by the two companies to $7.59 billion, which will create an estimated 8,500 new jobs over eight years for hardworking Georgians!
It’s a huge win for Georgia and is a direct result of Governor Kemp’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment where companies can grow and thrive.
We’ve made Georgia #1 for business and we’re going to do all we can to keep it that way!
