We hope you had a fantastic August. Here's a recap of what happened last
month and a preview of what's coming up in September:

LAST MONTH'S HIGHLIGHTS

* ANNOUNCED OPERATION WARHAWK REMOVAL [4]: We are targeting members
of Congress who continually push us into foreign wars.
* TORCHSIDE CHATS: Tune in live every other Tuesday at noon eastern on
our YOUTUBE CHANNEL [5].
* LOBBYING FOR DEFEND THE GUARD [6]: The Libertarian Party helped
phonebank for Defend the Guard, with over a thousand calls made to
Representatives in New Hampshire's State House.
* BALLOT ACCESS [7]: We sent out a major Ballot Access update via mail
and email to help raise funds as we approach 2024.

* NEW MEMBER OF THE CANDIDATE SUPPORT COMMITTEE [8]: Evan McMahon has
joined the Candidate Support Committee.

UPCOMING EVENTS AND INITIATIVES IN SEPTEMBER:

* NEW LP STORE: We are redesigning LP Store to house more items
and provide you with merchandise to deck out your house, wardrobe, and
on-the-go gear with LP messages and logos. Look for more information coming
this week.
* CONVENTION PACKAGES: Plan on attending the 2024 Libertarian National
Convention? Tickets will be coming later this month at an extra special
early bird discount!
* CANDIDATE SUPPORT SOFTWARE: Have you run for office and struggled
to find registered voter data in your area? Do you plan to run and want to
easily document voter conversations and information? LP National just made
a major purchase that will change the game. Keep an eye out for more info
coming soon.
* THE AFFILIATE SUPPORT COMMITTEE has been working diligently to put
together a resource for both state and local affiliates. THE AFFILIATE
COOKBOOK will be coming out in late September to help our leaders organize
more effectively.
* MEMBERSHIP CARDS: Due to issues with our Civi data cleanup, member card
shipments have been delayed. That problem is nearing an end, and we will be
rolling out new membership cards in the near future.

This is just a portion of what we are working on for our members at the
LP. Be on the lookout for October's update this time next month.
