The way we win a better world starts with bringing workers together, and we can and should have fun along the way. Join us for camaraderie at Hoppin’ Frog in Akron on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 6 p.m. Our regional field rep Kaitlin and national labor organizer Amanda will be there to help us kick off our fall campaign to get out the November vote so we can win on abortion rights and legalizing cannabis in Ohio.

All comrades are welcome; whether you’re a new or long-time member or even just DSA-curious, we welcome you to join us and get involved. Better yet, bring a friend!

Speaking about membership, have you made the switch to income-based dues yet? At the national convention, we pledged to give our 1% for the 99%. Fighting capitalism is difficult, and they have a lot of resources at their disposal. DSA is almost entirely funded by membership dues.
