What if they impeach, convict, and remove Justice Protasiewicz?

If they do, this will trigger a Supreme Court Election next April — on the same day as the chaotic GOP presidential primary.

If a conservative wins and the court flips back to the far-right, the court could hand Wisconsin’s electoral votes to the GOP presidential nominee even if they lose. This could lose us the 2024 presidential election with Wisconsin as the tipping point state.

This is our last and only line of defense.

That’s why WisDems is launching an intensive statewide campaign to ensure that Wisconsin state legislators publicly commit to voting against impeachment, and to make sure Wisconsin voters know exactly what the GOP is trying to do.
