John,

Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act I helped pass last year, Medicare, for the first time ever, has the power to negotiate with pharmaceutical companies for lower prescription drug prices!

This monumental change has the potential to significantly ease the financial burden on American families and ensure people have access to the lifesaving medication they need.

But the pharmaceutical industry has fought this change for decades, and they’re not done fighting. Big Pharma companies are suing Medicare to reverse these changes and maintain the status quo. This is heartless and unacceptable.

Lowering prescription drug costs is one of the top issues for northeastern Pennsylvanians. For far too long, big drug companies have forced too many seniors to choose between paying for lifesaving medications and putting food on the table.

In Congress, I’ll always fight to ensure every person can afford the medication they need. But I’d like to know where you stand, John:

So, John, do you support Medicare's ability to negotiate lower prescription drug prices?
