Dear Friends,
I hope this message finds you well. Throughout my time in Congress, I have worked diligently to connect Capital Region municipalities and nonprofits with federal grant opportunities that fit their needs. Through years of hard work, my office and I have helped hundreds of local communities and organizations secure millions in federal funds by publicizing important grant opportunities, writing letters of support, and helping applicants navigate through the grant process.
With that in mind, I’ll be hosting a virtual “Grants 101” webinar next Wednesday, September 13th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM to provide potential applicants with information on where and how to find federal grants, guidance on how to register to apply for and receive grants, and information on resources available to grant applicants.
At the webinar, we’ll be joined by a representative from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, who will present information on the registration, search, and application processes for federal funding opportunities. By the end of the workshop, attendees will know how to navigate Grants.gov and how to apply for a federal grant.
All are invited to attend, and you can register using the link HERE or by scanning the QR code in the graphic above. Once you register, you will receive an email containing the Zoom link to join the virtual workshop. You must register in order to attend.
I’m looking forward to joining you all on Wednesday. If you have any questions or have issues registering for the webinar, please contact our Grants Coordinator, Natalie Lincoln, at [email protected].
As always, thank you for reading.
Your friend,
