House Republicans Stall Effort to Kick George Santos Out of Congress

Hi, it’s Anna Kaplan, the Democrat running for Congress against George Santos.

Earlier this year, House Democrats tried to force a vote to expel my opponent following his indictment on federal charges and revelations that he lied about literally everything in his background.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy blocked the vote by pushing the matter to the House Ethics Committee where it’s been ‘conveniently’ stalled.

Here’s why: McCarthy knows that if he expels Santos or forces him to resign, he’ll be replaced by a strong Democrat who won’t be a rubberstamp for his right-wing agenda.

So we need to do this the old fashioned way, by defeating George Santos at the polls. Will you pitch in $20 or more to help me DEFEAT Santos once and for all?
