Nebraska becomes the fourth state to implement the Women’s Bill of Rights!
Friend,
One week ago, Governor Jim Pillen issued a Women’s Bill of Rights executive order in Nebraska ([link removed]) to firmly stand against radical gender ideology and with women. We are so grateful that Governor Pillen signed the order to define basic sex-based terms — like ‘women’ and ‘man’ — and protect Nebraska’s single-sex spaces for women. It is a true win for all Nebraskans but especially the state’s nearly 1 million women and girls.

This executive order is another battle won in a war that continues to wage against women.

Independent Women’s Voice Advisor Riley Gaines met with Gov. Pillen on August 27th asking him to take a page from Governor Kevin Stitt ([link removed]) and act swiftly, and he didn’t waste any time. Just three days later, Independent Women’s Voice’s Women’s Bill of Rights was signed.

We commend his leadership and you should too, Friend! If you haven’t already, add your name to the Women’s Bill of Rights.

As the Biden administration continues to propose a labyrinth of woke mandates that strip away common-sense protections and actively erase women by infiltrating schools, businesses, and the general public, and Congress fails to act, it’s up to governors and state legislatures to take action.

Fortunately, more and more people are beginning to realize the folly of this agenda and join the fight. We can and will continue to fight back. Strength comes in numbers, and your voice matters.

Best,
Jordanne
