For too long, many aspects of American government have been out-of-step with what the Constitution actually says. But Americans for Prosperity activists have been working for change and our AFPF legal team continues to make the case for Constitutional government in the courts. We are seeing huge gains for freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the rule of law.

‌

Our modern administrative state entrenches power in the hands of a few unelected bureaucrats and is at odds with the Constitution’s separation of powers. But the courts are increasingly enforcing the Constitution and there are significant opportunities before the Supreme Court to restore the Constitution’s limits on government power.
