Republican presidential candidates like Tim Scott, Ron DeSantis, Chris
Christie, and Nikki Haley have all said they want to cut Social Security
benefits for young people by making them retire years later than their
parents. Donald Trump tried to cut Social Security every year he was
president.

Life expectancy in America is decreasing. But Republicans want working
people to pay in more by working longer and get less back by retiring
later.

We’re joining with partners including Social Security Works, Daily Kos,
Americans for Tax Fairness, Democracy for America, Patriotic Millionaires,
and tons of other progressive groups to give Republicans a heartfelt HELL
NO!

[ [link removed] ]SIGN NOW and join over 120,000 people telling Republicans we will NOT
raise the retirement age!

PCCC has been fighting to protect and expand Social Security for over a
decade -- and we’ll share the growing support for this petition with
members of Congress.

Republicans consistently complain about Social Security financing, but
they never want to do the obvious -- ask millionaires and billionaires to
pay their fair share. If the wealthy paid in at the same rate as working
people, we could easily EXPAND benefits for current AND future retirees.

Americans already work longer hours than people in most other countries.
Now is not the time to demand sacrifice from workers. It's time to make
greedy CEOs and Wall Street bankers pay their fair share.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
