As we look back on Black History Month, we're reflecting on the impact of our courts on communities of color, and the critical need for fair-minded representation on the bench to ensure justice for all. Despite the enormous strides advanced by generations of civil rights advocates, our current federal court system continues to take us backward in the fight for racial justice and civil rights protections. But we will fight for and plan for a better future - we are seeking out the next generation of judges who will represent the diversity of our country so that all people can truly receive equal justice under the law.
