We already knew that Trump was giving handouts to his rich and powerful friends through descipable tax cuts for the rich. Now, he's proposing a budget that asks the poorest Americans to pay for these tax cuts. This budget proposes deep cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Overall, it’s over $1 TRILLION in healthcare cuts.
