In the face of two mass shootings in 24 hours, I am calling on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to stop blocking gun safety legislation.

We cannot continue to live with the bloodshed and death of mass shootings.

Mitch McConnell has blocked every gun reform legislation while taking millions of dollars in campaign donations from the NRA.

The majority of Americans support commonsense solutions to end gun violence. The only thing standing in our way are leaders who are in the pockets of gun manufacturers.

Sign my petition and call on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to bring the Senate back in session to vote on commonsense gun safety legislation.

In Massachusetts, we took matters into our own hands.

We identified the problems of gun violence, put our communities and public safety officers first, and passed gun reform laws.

We now have the lowest level of gun deaths in the country. This is not a coincidence.

We need reforms at the national level, and Mitch McConnell must stop blocking commonsense solutions on behalf of the NRA.
