Most recently, North Bay Jobs With Justice organized with farmworkers to win the largest monetary settlement in the history of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) in Santa Rosa. The ALRB ruled that vineyard owners had retaliated against the farmworkers for organizing in 2021. At Philadelphia Jobs With Justice they’re bringing together warehouse and delivery workers at Amazon to win a city-wide Workers’ Board that will set new standards for working conditions in the logistics industry and seed future organizing efforts. And the JWJ network in Chicago, Missouri, East Tennessee, Portland, and Long Island continue to stand strong with Starbucks Workers United.
