As we dig through our "Dirty Money Project" reporting, we noticed something interesting - 11 of the 12 Congressional representatives we're tracking, both Republicans and Democrats, take big money from Big Sugar. Last time around, during the 2022 campaign cycle, the industry gave more than a third of a million dollars directly to these Congressmen and women, and contributed even more indirectly, via political action committees. But one area Congressman didn't get direct contributions from the industry. Who was it? Check out the video and see. Watch the video   Sugar reform: The time is now, and you can help Billionaire-backed sugar companies have gamed the system; their political clout is a direct result of the Sugar Program in the federal Farm Bill, which effectively guarantees profits - money the industry then pours into campaign coffers to keep the toxic status quo intact.
