In 2023, over 530 anti-LGBTQ bills were introduced - and 68 were enacted into law. Some of the worst anti-LGBTQ legislation was passed in states like Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, including:

Bills banning teachers and students from discussing LGBTQ+ issues in schools;
Bills banning gender-affirming care and harming trans kids playing sports; and
Bills attacking drag queens and story hours at local libraries!
