Greyhound Violating US Laws Against Transporting & Shielding Illegal Aliens

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is calling on federal authorities and lawmakers to take swift actions to stop Greyhound Bus Lines from violating Title 8 USC 1324 1986-Subsec. (a) of the Immigration & Nationality Act (INA) which states, it is illegal for anyone or any company to transport illegal immigrants or shield them from law enforcement.
Greyhound, America's largest bus company, recently announced it will stop allowing Border Patrol to board its buses and do immigration checks. Illegal immigrants can often be seen in online pictures and videos lining up to board Greyhound buses near America's porous southern border.
The INA says it is illegal for any person or corporation...
"...knowing that he is in the United States in violation of law, and knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that his last entry into the United States occurred less than three years prior thereto, transports, or moves, or attempts to transport or move, within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law; "(3) willfully or knowingly conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, in any place, including any building or any means of transportation..."
William Gheen of ALIPAC believes this is important for federal authorities and lawmakers to prevent corporations from violating our immigration and border laws in pursuit of profits.
"It is clear that Greyhound is putting their desire to make money ahead of US laws and the welfare of American citizens by announcing corporate policies that are clearly designed to transport and shield illegal immigrants," said William Gheen. "Why is Greyhound allowed to flagrantly violate America's current immigration laws and engage in obstruction of justice?"
